They didn't just do the "basic" oil change, they checked other areas on the car and found some things that could cause issues in the future. They called before they did any additional work, and didn't make me feel pressured to get it done.
I would much rather have them take the time and get it right than drive through a quick lube shop that doesn't care about the rest of the vehicle.
