This was my first time at Toy Doctor. I brought my truck in for an oil change at 9am and asked for it to be done by 3pm. I was told this wouldn't be a problem. At 4pm I started to wonder what was going on with my vehicle and called the shop. They said it had been done for a while, although no-one had told me that. When I picked up my truck, I found that they had left all of the plastic seat covering and paper still in my vehicle and I had to wander around with it to find a trash can so I could throw it away (there was not one outside the shop). When I started my truck there was a new alert light on the dash that wasn't there when I dropped my truck off. I went back in the office to ask about it. One of the guys at the desk came out to check it, said it was related to tire pressure, and drove my truck back again to see what was wrong. He came out about 15 minutes later to tell me that the light was on because I do not have a spare tire under the truck. I asked him why this light was only just now coming on, as I have never had a spare tire and in my year of owning the truck this light has never come on. He told me that it has always been on and I "just didn't notice it". What? I was speechless for a minute, I couldn't believe this guy is telling me I'm so dumb I just hadn't noticed a bright yellow exclamation point glowing right in front of my face. I left at that point, I could not stand to be in that office around those people any longer. I will not be returning for future service.
